Hey there! We’re Colm and Simon, a small team from Dublin, Ireland.
Shop Site Awards began with a habit: saving the eCommerce sites we kept sending to one another. It is now a public reference for designers, founders, and store owners looking for genuinely useful ideas.
We have spent more than a decade building eCommerce products and studying how strong stores present and sell. Great details often disappear during a redesign. This archive keeps a record of them while they are still useful.
Blackstar
A black star marks the rare sites we consider exceptional: confident, coherent work that pushes eCommerce design forward rather than simply following familiar patterns.
The name is a small nod to Blackstar, the final album from the genius that was David Bowie - and a fitting mark for something singular.
